Board to invoice.
Nothing in between.
Your board already knows who did what, for which client, and for how long. Gryphin turns that into an invoice, collects the payment, and tells you the margin — without a second tool.

The loop
Five tools’ worth of work,
one continuous thread.
Most teams re-key the same job five times — into the board, the timer, the invoice, the payment link, and the spreadsheet that says whether it was worth doing. Here it moves once.
- 1Client
Who it's for
Contacts, the services you run for them, social accounts, and where their logins live — never the passwords themselves.

The work itself
Sprints, story points, checklists that gate a move, and a quotable code on every card and subtask.

How long it took
A timer on the card, live across every device. Or log it after the fact. Rates and billable flags come with it.

Getting paid
Pick the hours, send the invoice. Card payment through your own Stripe account — you stay the merchant of record.

Was it worth it
Cost rates and fixed overheads against what you billed. Managers only — cost data never reaches the team.
Margin 53.8% this month
Retainers run themselves. Set a cadence — weekly through yearly — and the invoice issues on schedule with the same numbering, tax split and payment link as any other.
What's actually built
Everything a small studio needs,
nothing it doesn't.
No add-on marketplace, no per-feature upsell. This is the full list.
Client CRM
Every client from lead to former, with their people, the services you run, their social accounts — and a record of where each login is kept.
1Password · Clients vault
We never store the password.
Invoicing & payments
Drafts, manual lines, tax splits, PDFs, reminders and recurring retainers. Card payment lands in your own Stripe account.
Time & profitability
A live timer on the card, per-person breakdowns, team limits, and margin against cost rates and fixed overheads.
Client review rounds
Send a link. They pin notes straight onto the work — no account needed. Re-deliver and open notes carry across; resolved ones don't.
Round 2 · 3 open from last round
Sprints & checklists
Story points, burndown and retros. Checklist items carry owners, dates and estimates — and can block a card from moving until they're done.

The stack it replaces
Four subscriptions,
four places to re-type the job.
This is the stack most ten-person studios are running. Not because any one of these tools is bad — because none of them talks to the others.
| What you need | Typically | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Board & tasks | Trello Standard | $50 |
| Time tracking | Harvest Pro | $108 |
| Invoicing & retainers | Bonsai Essentials | $25 |
| Client proofing | Filestage Basic | $59 |
| Four tools | and four exports | $242 |
| Gryphin Team | all four, one thread | $39 |
A ten-person team, each vendor's entry paid tier at published list price, billed annually. Gryphin Team is a flat pack for up to 10 seats. Vendor pricing changes often — check their sites for current rates.
84%
less per month than the four-tool stack, for a team of ten.
And the part price doesn't show
- Hours can't be billed twice — an invoiced entry is stamped
- Feedback lands on the card, not in an email thread
- Margin is live, not a month-end spreadsheet
Still on Trello? Import brings the boards across — along with Jira, Asana, Linear, ClickUp, Notion, Monday, GitHub Projects and plain CSV.
Built for how work actually goes
The small things you only
miss once you've had them.
Every item has a name you can say out loud
Cards and checklist items get a short code from the board's initials. Numbers are never reused, so a code in a Slack message still points at the same thing a year later.

NGS-31.3 QA pass
Not everything is a bug or a feature
16 card types, because admin, meetings, support and finance are real work too — and they stop getting re-invented as free-form labels on every board.
A card can refuse to move
Mark a checklist item required and the card won't reach Done until it's ticked. Definition-of-done that the board enforces, rather than a wiki nobody opens.
1 required item left
QA pass must be done before Done.

A few honest answers.
The questions we get most before someone joins.
Yes — 3 seats and 5 boards, free for as long as you like, and you don't need a card to sign up. AI, live cursors and time tracking need a card on file before they switch on, because each one costs us per use. Adding one doesn't charge you anything.
Team is $39 a month for up to 10 seats; Pro is $79. Both are flat packs, not per-seat rates, with larger brackets for 11–25 and 26–50 seats. Pay annually and two months are free.
Each plan has a monthly AI allowance shared across the workspace: 25 actions on Free (once a card is on file), 250 on Team, 1,000 on Pro. Need more? Credits are $10 for 250 extra actions and they never expire.
Yes. Team and Pro renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, whichever you chose — and we charge the card on file. Cancel any time before the renewal date and you keep access until the period ends.
Always. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If you stop paying, you keep your data — paid features become read-only and you can still export everything to JSON.
Your boards, cards, and comments live in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don't sell your data, ever. You can export or delete it at any time.
Sign up with your email or Google account and you're in — no waitlist, no approval. You can create your first board and bring across a Trello, Jira or Asana export in under five minutes.
